Player’s Code of Conduct

  • All participants must thoroughly read and understand the terms and conditions before competing in the tournament.
  • Always uphold the principles of fair play.
  • Respect all participants, regardless of their qualifications, nationality, cultural background, or religion.
  • Do not engage in any form of insult or harassment.
  • Prioritize the safety of yourself and other players at all times.
  • Avoid unnecessary conflicts with others.

Note: Players who do not comply with our Code of Conduct will be subject to penalties as follows:

  • Warning
  • Immediate removal from the field
  • Exclusion of both the player and their team from the tournament

Terms & Conditions

Our priority is the safety of the players. Let’s work together to ensure that everyone enjoys the games.

  • Team Composition: Teams may register 10 players. One (1) Manager, Six (6) key players, Three (3) substitutes..
  • Player Eligibility: Only individuals in management-level roles are eligible.
  • Name Changes: Allowed until 20th November 2025; later only with valid reason and medical certificate.
  • Game Schedules: Posted 48 hours before game start.
  • Player Verification: Before each match by referee or field owner.
  • Match Interruptions: Rescheduled if caused by weather/medical issues.
  • Health Responsibility: Players are responsible for pre-existing conditions.
  • Acknowledgment of Risk: Participation may involve physical risks, including injury or death.

Injury Disclaimer

  • Organizer not liable for injury, loss, or death occurring on tournament premises.
  • No responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
  • Organizer may remove violators of rules or terms.
  • No dangerous or violent behavior allowed.
  • All play must align with tournament regulations.
  • Form completion confirms a team's participation.
  • Registration fee must be paid to be included.
  • No refund for withdrawals or no-shows.
  • Teams must pay for damages caused to facilities.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited — violators disqualified without warning.
  • Antisocial behavior results in immediate elimination.
  • Repeated misconduct or harsh fouls will cause disqualification.

Definitions

  • Intellectual property: Rights related to the organizer (Courtside & Spellbound Leo Burnett).
  • Personal injury: Includes injury, disease, or recurrence of medical issues.
  • Recreational activities: Physical or risk-related activities for enjoyment.
  • Leisure services: Sports or physical activity services.
  • Rules: Tournament rules given to team leaders.
  • Services: Any benefits or facilities offered by the organizer.
  • Start Date: Date of the final signature on terms.

Privacy

  • Data used for participation and identification only.
  • Personal information remains confidential.
  • All data deleted after the tournament ends.
  • Participants may update personal data, if valid.
  • Organizer may make automatic decisions without notice.

Affirmation

  • Team leader confirms all members are informed of the rules.
  • Participation is limited to the tournament itself.
  • Team leader is fully responsible for team actions.
  • Agreement to comply with all rules and policies while on tournament facilities.
  • Organizer and partners released from liability for injuries or property loss.
